SPIDER Castle in Strongplast - Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic

SPIDER Castle combined with 4 towers consists of:

- 2 Small Towers;

- 2 Large Towers without roofs;

- Access Ladder;

- Climbing Ramp;

- 2 Tibetan Bridges.

All load-bearing structures are made of STRONGPLAST poles, entirely produced using a mixture of recycled plastics derived from waste disposal, without any addition of virgin polymer or recyclable industrial scrap. The pole is extruded through a hot injection process, and it includes a steel reinforcement made from 30x30 mm galvanized tubular with a thickness of up to 4 mm, eliminating the need for any subsequent surface reinforcement. Screws and handrails are made of steel.

All steel parts are powder-coated using the standard Eurocomitalia 5P cycle with a minimum thickness of 90 microns.

All parts are connected with stainless steel screws embedded in the structure.

The play structure does not have any protruding parts, either plastic or made from other materials.

No maintenance is required; it is vandal-resistant, does not yellow, withstands weather conditions, and is fireproof.

Recommended age: 7 - 12 years.

Suitable locations: Public and private gardens, schools, playgrounds.
